1. Order Cancellation, Return & Refund
At Ship Shop Bazaar, most of our products are customized and made to order goods and decoration items, therefore:
* Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
* Please carefully check product details, customization text, and delivery address before placing the order.
2. Order Correction / Changes
* If there is any spelling mistake or correction required in the name or customization details, you must inform us within 4 hours of placing the order.
* Requests can be sent through WhatsApp or Email along with your Order ID.
* No changes or amendments will be accepted after 4 hours of placing the order as production may already begin.
